Dog Walker at the Park

Safety is our Priority

Covid-19 Updates

Animal care services are considered essential in NYS, which means we are currently offering all of our regular services. The health and safety of our

clients, staff, and community as a whole is our top priority. We will be

practicing the following protocols and procedures for the foreseeable

future until otherwise directed by our local government:

  •  All interactions will be no contact if you are home at the time of service.

  •  We kindly ask that you keep your dog(s) leashes, harnesses, coats, etc. by the entrance our staff will be using in order to minimize the amount of time spent in your home.

  • If you need to speak with us about your pet during our visit, we ask that you wear a mask and practice social distancing.

  • Staff are required to wear a mask in your home during visits in which you are home.

  • Staff have been provided with hand sanitizer to use between each visit.

  • If you are traveling out of the WNY area, we ask that you do not book services until you have tested negative, or have quarantined for 10 days.

  • We ask that if someone in your home is displaying symptoms of Covid-19, you let us know so that we can work together to avoid contact.

  • Our staff have been directed to inform us if they are showing any symptoms, and will not return to work until they have either tested negative, or quarantined for 10 days.

  • We ask that everyone attending a new client orientation visit wear a mask and practice social distancing.

These measures are not meant to be an inconvenience, but rather to help ensure we take the proper precautions to allow for continued services. We thank you for your patience and cooperation during these challenging times.
